I focus on repeating a phrase like..."All is well....all is well...all is well....all is well...all is well.....all is well." It really helps to stop worry and puts a positive thought in my mind.

This is known as a chant or a mantra long used for the exact same reason you are using it for. KEEP IT UP . You might consider adding "and this too will pass."
